Dave Mitchell is a certified fitness professional and has been conducting personal training sessions for over 6 years in the southern suburbs. Utilising a cast array of equipment, personal training sessions are  suitable for all fitness levels, whether your just starting out or if you’re looking to enhance your fitness level. Sessions comprise of cardio, strength training, basic martial art techniques and traditional yoga exercises.

Dave conducts personal training at his studio in Sellicks Beach, each session tailored to your specific needs. Group training also available (max 3 persons).

Self Defence

Dave Mitchell is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Atemi Jujitsui and was trained by 6th Dan Peter Clarke and graded by 9th Dan Master Terry Wingrove. He has siginficant degrees of competence in other disaplines such as Karate and Aikido and has been practicing Matial Arts for over 25 years. All training is conducted at his home gym in Sellicks Beach and is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.

Love the fitness machine bootcamps ! Have only just started and feel very welcome . The workouts are always changed so it's actually FUN !!!
